Best Suspension Upgrade For MCSa

I just acquired an '05 MCSa,16's,factory wheels,run flats(premium pack.,but no sport suspension)My Cooper which I had before this S had the sport susp.(boy do I notice the difference).Now that I'm goining faster,I need more control(duh).Should I have the sport suspension put on?Rear Sway?17's-non run flats?-Advice oh wise ones!I want it all, but for now-???

It depends on what you are trying to accomplish...

The mod list for an autocrosser is going to be different from that for a canyon carver. Just one example would be what kind of spring upgrade do you want - progressive vs. linear. And, and, and.

My suspension goal for my mcsa (in the short term) is to have the same sense of security which my sport suspension on my cooper afforded me.I enjoy pushing the car to it's potential(especially in the twists)Does anyone know what components make up the sport package mini equips its cars with?

The MCS comes standard with the SS+ that you paid extra for on your MC. A larger rear sway bar (19mm or larger) will make the most noticable difference. Check out the suspension mods sub-forum for more info than you can shake a stick at!
The Sport package has nothing to do with suspension; it has fog lights, DSC and 17" wheels/tires.

19mm rear sway bar and then springs or coilovers..

Are those strut braces that I see when looking from the rear of my factory sport suspended '06 mini cooper(running at 45 degree angle to each wheel)???There are no such animals on my '05 S.If that is the only difference-it works.
