Detroit Tuned Bypass Valve

Has anyone in the club installed the Detroit Tuned Bypass Valve on their S? I decided to order one for my 2003 since I seem to have a hesitation/jerk at around 3000rpm with light throttle or deccelerating, and I thought the reworked valve might be the right fix. Of course, now I'm second guessing myself. I'd rather not do the install if others have done it without much effect. On the other hand, if it really does make a difference I'm ready to roll. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I don't have one installed, but from what I've read in the Mods forum, it helps with acceleration/boost/response. Don't know if it'll get rid of that 3k hesitation that most of us have. I used Andy@Rosstech.com's VGS fix and I haven't noticed much of a hesitation around 3k, so I would believe this should take care of it also - similar outcome for both fixes.
