Critter Damage
Critter Damage
Hello All,
Seems I have some local critters, squirrels or chipmunks, that have taken a liking to the thick rubber on my spark plug wires where they attach to the plugs on top of the engine. Fortunately they have only gnawed a good portion of one and have not worked on the wires themselves.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what can be done to deter the little buggers from continuing their rubbery repast? :impatient
Thanks,

Thanks,
I've read elsewhere that Bitter Apple Spray works. Haven't needed to try
this, so I can't say for certain.

I think I also remember reading or hearing that steel wool is a good preventative item. Mice/rodents apparently won't chew through that.
Let us know what ends up working for you. Good Luck!
