You *might* find some interest from the B-Spec racing community as the Mazda2 is used in that series and it looks like it's already got the right wheels for the series (15x7, >13.1lb), it's a manual, and well maintained (presumably).

There's a FB group called "B-spec race cars for rent or sale" that would be your best bet at getting eyes on it from B-Spec racers (or future B-spec racers).
