World record for longest parade of MINI
I just received an email regarding the event on July 24th in Vancouver, BC. I thought I share it with MINI owners in the Pacific NW who might be interested in participating in this event. :smile:

Vancouver MINI and Mini owners have the opportunity to set a World Record for the longest line of parade MINI and Minis to form a dragon through Chinatown this coming July.
As organizers have to set up gathering places and traffic control, every participant must be registered beforehand. All drivers who register will receive a registry number as well as the route map and gathering location. All participants will receive a commemorative certificate for breaking the World Record, while the first 201 registered and participating drivers will receive additional memorabilia.

Sounds like fun but pdxmini's Crater Lake run is in on the 24th-25th.
I do love all the PDX runs!
Furthermore, I've yet to miss one this year, so I'll probably stay south of the border. :smile:
