Looking for someone who knows older (1989) Minis.

I'm kinda late to the game and this is a pretty old thread but you could try Jet Motors http://jetmotorsmini.com/

Jeremy is a great guy and really knows his stuff. He worked on our Morris Minor and it runs great.
