Hey All! So I will be moving up to the Pullman, Moscow, Colfax at the end of the month....and I've been wondering if there are any other Mini owners on here. I'm also trying to find shops to get work done on my car....I'm from eastern washington and it seems like autohaus up in Spokane is going to be my best bet off of boone. But it would be cool to have people to go on cruises with on the spiral highway. Even in the general vicinity would be great! lol....and yes....I do know that this is a long shot too

 

Ya know...I've got to say that it's kind of depressing that there's nobody that has gotten back to me from Spokane, Pullman, or anyplace in Eastern Washington!!! I know theres a few active mini owners in yakima at least! I mean.......come on people! I need some help....

 

Little late, but i really think theres a total of 5 MINI's in spokane.... I dont know any car clubs over here on the east side

 

I swear I saw your Mini up by Omak yesterday. If it wasn't yours you have a twin running around. But who knows I was driving 65 in a gas truck, talking on the phone, and drinking a Starbucks. My attention was a little divided.

You met my wife at your work - we're the new MINI owners in Colfax with the '03 BRG/Wchecker (currently in the body shop across from your desk-window!!!). Shop owner says "Jeeves" should be ready by next Thursday - and we'll be more than ready to go motoring! I'd love to get together and chat soon.

 

Herman....you prob did see me that day. I was up in the area for the 4th cause thats kind of where I grew up! lol So how do you like the r56? Had any of the problems that a lot of people have been having with cold start chatter? Hopefully not! I'll let you know next time I'm up....maybe we could make a quick run up one of the canyons in the area!

Hey ColBill! Yeah....she came in and we got to talking a lot about our cars hahaha. By the way....I'm keepin an eye on them when I'm in town and making sure that they keep making progress on the car! Any time you wanna get together and chat, work on the cars, go for a cruise, or whatever! I'm always interested in "Mini-Dates"! hahaha I have been keeping mine in the garage so it doesn't get too dusty with harvest going on, but can't wait to get it back out and have a little bit of fun again! You're wife has my card....and if you want I will send you a p.m. with my cell number....thats the best way to get ahold of me.

 

There are a number of Mini's in Spokane. There is a club, Inland Northwest MINI Club, who meet every 2nd Thursday of the mos. You can email: Inlandnwminiclub@hotmail.com. I've never been but plan on going with my 04 Cooper. A buddy has a 03 and he may go also.
I heard they meet at a restaurant in north Spokane but don't know which one it is.
I do know that Scott Thompson at the Chevron station on Third and Monroe in downtown Spokane has a anthracite S too. He's a block away from my work place so there's a couple right off the freeway at 3rd & Monroe.

 

Found out they meet at Conley's on East Sprague across from White Elephant at 6pm 2nd Thurs of every mos. There's a Drive on 9/19 to Thompson Falls Mt. too. They have a site at inlandnwminis.com

Hey Minimike21, welcome to the Palouse. As you've no doubt already noticed, there aren't too many MINI owners out here, but we're noticing a few more each season! I think we may have seen you a few days ago in the Walmart parking lot? "Jeeves" is our BRG/Checked white roof R50. Do you have rally numbers and lights on your MCS?

 

hey! ya i noticed there arent to many around. i saw a cr/w mini in the walmart parking lot the other day that drove by... my car doesnt have a rally number or lights... just sport stripes and a few decals.. looks pretty much like my sig pic haha... im loving the winding roads around here unlike texas where theres none in dallas area.

 

Sooo are there any groups that meet? I'm dying to go to a meet? If not we should probably start one haha i know there are several mini owners that work out at my gym and one in my appartnent
