Pics from the Dragon, old rides!
I've been going to the Dragon since 03' and did the first two years in this...
This one shows the custom made quad projectors that also have HIDs
Right by the "Fugitive Dam" overview, great pic
Then came 2005 and I broke the new Crossfire in, first time down there in something RWD, much better, more hp, more torque and some good "electrical friends" inside the car too!
Check out the D/S rear tire!
This pic looks like a promo shot from Chrysler, too bad its not, maybe they would've sold more Crossfires!
Not too long onto the Cherahola Skyway and your front wheels start to look like this!
5,000 feet
I'm looking forward to making MANY new memories w/ the R56!

I'll tell you what, the Crossfire is one of those cars you appreciate more when you actually drive it, I mean DRIVE IT and the Dragon really was the best place for the car to strut its stuff. Now the SRT-6 Crossfire has bigger brakes and a much stiffer suspension, I can only imagine what that must be like on the Dragon, although SRT-6's only have 2 pedals but it does have another 115 hp and 90 ft/lbs or torque though

I think the Crossfire is the only case were Chrysler got the better end of the deal from the Mercedes project. The Crossfire's sister car the SLK is a little less balanced and slower due the weight of the retractible top-I like the style of the Crossfire better as well. The furture of Chrysler is up in the air right now-it looks like it might all get split up to different buyers as it's worth more that way. I do hope Mercedes is able to bring their quality back up and a good buyer allows Chrysler to continue their trend of interesting designs and can improve their quality in a big way. Nice shots! I've heard those SVT Contours were tough little cars.
