KTM X-Bow

An Audi engine, 1,500 lbs, about $50k:

I'm interested.

What little info I currently have is via this link:

If anyone has more, please share. Thanks.

You're already hosed!

No room for a licence plate!

In the back, sure, right over that x-formation. Heck, even in the front, there seems to be a provision for a Euro plate:

Really curious to see what engine they use...

but then...

it would be the "Plate-Bow" now the X-Bow! You know, there's lots of really wild stuff out there. But part of me still just yearns for etiher a seven or a cobra that you can permit with ease, and if you want fuel injection you can do a megasquirt, and leave a bit of the leading edge (and it's associated headaches) behind....

Heresy, but there you have it.

A 7 and a Cobra are easier to register in that a 1967 date, as an example, can be associated to them. No doubt...

The good news is that all CA Ariel Atoms have gotten their SB100's, and are moving along. I would imagine that is X-Bow would be the same, or even easier...

Still following the Tesla also... I emailed WrightSpeed about their X-1 and when they expect production, and no word yet (a little over a week).

Lunch break...

Found some more info:

The U.S. is not an initial market. It seems that VW would carry it though...
