www.finalgear.com They have the 695mb linked on their homepage. If you don't want such a large file, they usually release a smaller file a few days later.

On another note, only 1 hour and 50 minutes left on my torrent download .

By god man thats an understatement, thats like 2004/2005 season good (last year seemed like they were trying too hard). F-ing amazing, really liking the TT FWD and 2.0 liter just like th MINI and by all discriptions sounds like it could also be a Boxter slayer here in the US. I will say one thing though, the entire show was a bit anti-climatic after the first car. Loved the comment on the Porchse SUV, and Clarkson made an attempt at logic!! Oh, that was the best its been in a while can't wait to see next weeks episode.

i saw a new TT a while ago, it's much bigger that the old one.

The comment on getting points for all sorts of new offences including undertaking was great and very true, no-one prosecutes the guy doing 50 in the fast lane here.

Now we've just got to see if I refrain from shouting "pedifile" when I get rapped behind one

Just watched this evenings episode. If you live in the Southern states (Florida, Alabama or Louisiana) you are definatley going to need a sense of humour.

I suspect you won't be pleased wherever you live if its in the US.

I'm from the South, and I found it to be pretty hilarious. But please don't confuse Alabama with the rest of the US!

Haha not at all. Although it's hard to say how much of that was dramatized for the sake of entertainment.

Found it interesting for the most part (I honestly expected the first 40 min or so) Was annoyed I was hoping to see Sebring instead of Moroso, and found it fun to spot the out of sequence cuts of their location and the signs they passed.

As to the part that makes most Americans mad, you know how Clarkson promotes the Americans are blubbering idiots who eat Hamburger and cheese (he has been to france right?) he did the exact same thing for the UK in that episode, made blubbering idiot of himself at several points.

I personally liked 'The Stig's American cousin' - did anyone else think that it looked like Mario Andretti ?

Andretti was my first thought, but as the guy couldn't drive well I suspect he was just someone who was around.

Did anyone else notice the very quick shot of the HB/B MC out of Clarksons driver window?

I thought the episode was hilarious!

Okay, just for the benefit of those out there who don't know what the heck Torrents are, can one of you tech-savvy NAMers please use small, easy-to-follow words and directions to describe how we can watch episoides of Top Gear?

Dumb it down for the masses, please!

Goto www.finalgear.com and click on the weekly Top Gear torrent download link that they post. For last week, it happens to be this: http://www.mininova.org/tor/581874

Once you get to the torrent page, click on the big Download this torrent link. In order to download it though, you will need a torrent downloader.

A very popular torrent downloader that I have had great success with is uTorrent. http://www.utorrent.com/download.php

Once you have a torrent downloader on your computer, when you download the torrent file it should automatically prompt you to begin downloading the torrent file.

It will take several hours for the torrent file to fully download. If you want to speed up the process, right click on the file in the torrent downloader, and set the Bandwith Limit to HIGH. However, realize this will severely slow down your internet connection for the time being.

After the download is done, go to where you said to save the downloaded torrent at the beginning (I always save the file in "My Documents") and click on it to play. Voila!

Thats a car begging to be debadged and Paint those Caliper black! Clarkson ignored what that car was made for though. Cruising down the Autobahn (in the unrestricted sections of course) just gobbling up fuel @ 215 because you can. The whole 911 bit did nothing for me; but then again that could be the fact that its a 911. (Comparing its demensions to Sedans didn't help it either) The 911 is a car as an engineer I'd love to disect and examine and study, but asa car its about 20 year behindin styling and just seem to be altogether boring when you're not driving it. And you can drive a Ferrari and love to look at it, so give me the Ferrari.

I liked Episode 2 more, personally. But I'll still be counting down to the next episode.

911's are undoubtedly great cars, but I agree with the styling comments, on the plus side if you buy a used one and stick a vanity plate on it, very few people will know it's not new.
