I'm hungary for corners, I need somethign to shift, something to lay my right foot into, something to pull my body every which way, I've got that urge to have all four limbs at work entering a corner, again and again and again....

I'm itching to go motoring Just thought I'd share.

In the motorcycle world, that is known as 'itchy leathers'.

I get itchy leathers if I do not ride at least twice / week

Dude your in Chicagoland in the winter what would you expect. Though I may have warmer weather, what you describe I go through 10 months of the year here in Floridaland.
The best I can get is 11 curves every 318 miles.

I'm going to the Lake District (nothern England) where some of my family still live and I was brought up.

There are 2 high passes (high for UK) called Wrynose and Hardknott passes

Prescott is full of sweeping curves, along with elevation changes. Throwing in an occasional track day where I don't have to worry about a cop lurking around the corner is kinda fun.

 

Thinking of track days, I'm going to Firebird this weekend for a Pro Auto Sports event. I have worked timing & scoring, so will get some track time.
