It doesn't look like the roads are that bad in the video, but those drivers go crazy! I agree, doesn't look like I will be driving in Russia any time soon.

The road is not icy. This video has been around for a while. If you look at the video you can see all of the vehicles will leave a major skid mark, not something that will happen on ice. Just some really bad russian drivers going to fast.
