The BMW Veritas
The BMW Veritas
The BMW Veritas. Simple yet striking in design. They were hand built using a BMW engine. In the late 1940's and early 50's a few of these were raced with good success. This one is at Stuttgart Solitude Circuit in 1950. The picture was taken by my father. It looks like the inspiration for the Z4 in a way.

Yeah the 356 is cute and simple but the Veritas reminds me more of the style of the Porsche Spyders. I wish someone would do a replica of the Veritas like the Beck Spyder, maybe using a Z3 or Z4 as a donor.
