I think the elise and the new exige are sweet cars. I hope that the new exige lives up to its hipe.

Just to set some facts for the record:

The supercharged Exige is the 240R - production is finished and there are NO future plans for the US market.

The Turbo Elise has lower intake temps than the 240R from the factory.

The Denver dealer is our biggest referral - five cars to date since July '05! They also currently have 13 Elises at MSRP and one Exige.

I have already hot-rodded my Elise to the tune of close to 300HP - and there is plenty I haven't done! I've had customers take their cars farther than mine. We have one now that is installing a factory AP Racing brake kit for a cool $4500, plus our turbo kit ($11,000) . You can go crazy modding the Lotus just the same as the MINI, the cost for admission is just higher.
