Oh god, I think I just peed a little. Until this day the Z3 M Coupe has been the only car that I would get besides the MINI (realistically), and now there is a Z4. Sweet mama jesus, i want one.

 

I totaly agree with you!

 

Should have a little over 333 horsepower from the E46 M3 power plant. I also read in Roundel that the E90 M3 V8 will fit in the Z4M.

 

that will hold me over until i can afford an M6! that thing is sweet!

I saw it at the NAIAS show in Detroit a couple of weeks ago and I think it looks even better in person. Can't wait til they come out with the M version though. It will surely be even more beautiful but will probably be a while since they are just coming out with the new version of the M Roadster

 

BMW announced both the regular Z4 coupe and the Z4 M Coupe (pictured above) this morning. Both will be on sale later this year.

 

IIIIII want to get one, Only if I had the money!

 

Silver looks like the Aston Martin from the Bond flics, except for the BMW front grill. Should be a nice car, especially a couple of years down the road.

 

Maybe when I sell my condo I should get a M Coupe instead of a new home. I don't really need a house. I could be happy sleeping in my 2 room MINI/Mcoupe home couldnt I? My wife wouldnt be so happy though.

Anyone hear of any prices yet?

 

Will reserve final opinion until I see it in person, but I find many of the lines too complicated and unflattering and wish the "flame" surfacing would have been dropped or refined. I prefer more organic curves and sleek lines a la Aston Martin (those are such sexy cars - hope they keep it that way 'til I get one )

Just so happens that shot is the best angle of the car, nice and very Datsun Z from there.

 

Ah, didn't pay that much attention to the picture to see the ///M. Kinda surprised me that they are bringing out the M coupe so close to the release of the M roadster. The BMW folks at NAIAS around the Z4 Coupe concept of course acted like they were oblivious to anything about an M coupe
