I was damn impressed. The car has a supercharger/exhaust/rear end/konis and a few other things......about 150 at the wheels........very quick....and held the line.

Hector at Rseed says with a turbo he can get 200 WHP and the car is still fun to drive.

I know this Mini/Miata thing has ben hammered but I did not see modded Mini vs modded Miata?

 

Well, for me, it's apples and oranges. I need the 4 seat capability to haul two daughters around, but my wife had a Miata pre-kid and loved it. . .but if you need the seats, it's tough to beat a MINI.

I used to have a 4-seat Mits Eclipse GS-T Spyder and loved it, but even top down with the turbo on full boil through the twisties, it couldn't hold a candle to the MINI for sheer fun.

There's just something about MINIs you don't get in other cars. . .
