Article is all about how ugly this is...I dunno...I kind of like it
Maybe because it has certain lines and styling similar to a certain car I already own.

It is strange looking...perhaps a bit ugly...and not really practical w/o a top of any kind...but in concept, yeah, it's great...I love it!!!
I was watching news reports from Rome recently and, during one report, saw three Smart cars zipping behind the reporter. Very cool. I'm all for fuel efficient, more properly-scaled transport...if safety is properly factored in.
I say this having just run an errand here in my neighborbood and watching scores (literally) of massive SUVs jocky for parking spaces. Each had one occupant. What's up with that??

More about the Reva from that link:
"Chhabria has worked for Ford and Toyota and was involved in the prototype design of the new Aston Martin V8 Vantage as well as projects for Honda and Mercedes-Benz.
The NXG's power comes from sodium nickel chloride batteries feeding a 37kW/220Nm alternating current induction motor that drives the front wheels. The all-independent suspension contains a regenerative and hydraulic braking system – means it part-charges the batteries as it brakes.
The concept car also has what is believed to be the world's first "wireless tablet" - an embedded appliance containing a high-resolution, touch-screen display for all fascia functions as well as a GPS navigation system, a GPRS modem for Internet and email access, and an MP3 music player."

Now if only it came with that "Extra Large" cupholder that we Americans love!
