I've been seeing the TV commercials for that site for a while now. On a whim some time ago I checked it out. It's cool to see that it's an 'educational' site telling people how to drive the things. It's got all the cool graphix and soundz that today's seemingly ADHD-afflicted people need to get and keep their attention too.

Do you think this is for real? Is rollover a critical issue amongst SUVs versus other types of vehicles? If so then is it not the purview of DOT and NHTSA? I'm skeptical. It looks like a disguised MINI ad campaign or a slick way for a group to get attention and grant moneys.

It reminds me of an award winning advert campaign by a new group that wants to stop the trade in endangered species products--a worthy cause, but why not support existing and struggling organizations already set up to do this.

Nifty looking format. Thanks for sharing.

The money for this campaign was contributed by Ford. It stemmed from the Explorer rollover cases. IIRC, it was like $28M.

Thanks for that valuable information. $28 million is not a lot for Ford, but it could fund a happy little organization set up for such a purpose. What a world.
