I have a parallel post in the JCW forum, but I thought I would post it here as well. Have any of you purchased/used the new Uniden R3? I plan to replace my ancient, constantly squawking, radar detector with it, the R3. It has received excellent reviews, is relatively simple to program and not as pricey as some of the others. In my case simpler is better for the most part, I am not an electronics geek!
