3 on the tree?

does anybody know what the last kar with a 3 speed on the tree, was ?

i'm thinking it was a dodge minivan like 1989 or 1990

anybody have the correct answer?

Not sure, but I recall a Toyota minivan with a 5 on the tree in the 1990s.

WOW Kool I didn't even know they made them that short time ago, I would have thought they would have been 4 at that time.

I do know the first car/truck I owned was a 53 Ford Panel truck with a 3 on the tree.

The newest I can swear to is a 1971 Toyota Land Cruiser that had a three speed manual on the column. I'm sure they had the same thing until they changed the body style, whenever that was.

I have an Olds F-85 with a 215CI Alum block V8 (sold to Rover)in my garage. It has a 3 on the tree

How about the Jeep J -10. Those were made well into the 1980's. I know that the older ones had a 3 on the tree, it would not suprise me if you could still get them on the later models.

My guess is they went out with the Chrysler k-cars, plymouth reliant, dodge aries in 1989. I think the minivans were built on the same platform.
