The Key in my mom's '08 versa doesn't always turn. The steering wheel lock kicks in and it takes much more force then my mom can put into it to get it unlocked. The Nissan dealer has admitted this is a common problem without a solution.

My mom is thinking about trading it for a very low milage '05 Equinox that was donated to our church. (The former owner left it to the church in his will). It was very well cared for.
Anybody know anything about these? I've always hated crossovers but considering the situation and that she doesn't want to shop for a replacement car I think its a good choice.
