I don't know about Webers but I can say with some authority that adjusting 2 4 barrel Holley carburetors with mechanical secondaries on a Pontiac 400 engine is a royal PITA! It's easier to just take a 5 pound maul, whack yourself in the head and then take the car to a speed shop. You end up with the same result. 1: You have a horrendous headache and 2: you have to pay a shop to get the damn things set properly!

Friend of mine had a shop and he would work on a 1964 Ferrari 330GT v12. It was like two six cylinder engines fighting each other until you got the adjustments right! That looks a bit newer. Wonderful running beast when it's tuned!!
It's a Ferrari - either a 400 A or a 400 GT, depending on whether it has an automatic transmission or a 5-speed. It has to be from 1976-1979, because the 400 switched to fuel injection after that.
I have to give Jay props for that car. I saw the segment on the Speed Channel I think it was and what it took to pull it off. I also have seen this thing in person. Its crazy. The only thing is I dont really care for the car itself...
