Weismann Roadster

Saw these on Top Gear last night and peaked around the website tonight. Very cool. Not sure I'm a fan of the light clusters (especially the rear) but everything else is beautiful pure sports car roadster. Their coupe isn't bad looking. Too bad I'm not rich and they don't sell them here.

I thought it was really neat. It fits its niche well. If you want a fairly classic looking British roadster but a bit more punch on the throttle and your wallet then its not a bad option. And yeah its way better than the TVR, I don't know that I would buy a Russian car, or an Indian Jag for that matter

The TVR just seemed scary (though the factory worker usage test was hillarious). Seems like they said that the Weismann was bout 120,000 quid so that's like 240,000 dollars right? Guess you get what you pay for. Been thinking I could get a top notch MGA and TR3 and TR4 for that - one of them would probably be working at any given moment right

MMM, I'd have one of those and a Morgan. http://www.morgan-motor.co.uk/

The Morgans are definitely nice. It would be hard for me to drop that kind of money when there are so many other options. Granted not in the classic British roadster line

While I'm not sure about the light clusters either, overall it looks like a suberb ride. I love the overall proportions and that awesome front grill!!!

I love it -- but no U.S. retailers.
I assume they couldn't get it U.S. regulation compliant.

I liked the Weismann but I love this...

When I was a young kid, my dad bought my sister one of these in BRG (if my memory serves me). I would love put that next to my Clubman.

I was impressed by the Weismann, too. But you could get a small fleet (4 or 5) of JCW Minis for the same money. And they'll only take an extra 1.3 seconds to get to 60mph.
