Help! Need to trailer a car!

Does anyone have a trailer and they can help me move an old MGB from Sacramento to Manteca? Let's talk.
(Renting is currently not an option.)

I rented a car trailer from Uhaul to tow something about 400 miles one way, $69.

Free would be better, but if you have the tow vehicle........

That's why renting a trailer is not an option. No tow vehicle, which means we'd have to rent that also. $160 combined at U-Haul.

A dolly won't work in this case. Still don't have a tow vehicle, and the MGB is a restoration case. No current tags which are necessary for a dolly tow.

How many miles is it ??? we have used roll back tow trucks , If you are flexible and schedule a "day" they give us a break to allow them to work it in between calls ... they did a 50 mile one way for me for $50 , if you have towing insurance on the car you can have it reimbursed

It works out to somewhere about 80 miles. My AAA isn't going to cover this tow.

towing

i would recommend a full auto transport, these are the one's that carry the vehicle with all four wheels of the ground. you can rent or buy them at uhaul, if you decide to purchase, it will save on rental fees and it's yours. they are pretty cheap too!
