Illinois: Cars with Loud Stereos to be Seized

Just tell the cop that you could hear his two-way from over 75 feet away and take his car.. 
There are most likely already noise statutes that could be enforced in this case. This is just another law placed on the books to be more of a revenue enhancer than any sort of deterrent. Noise from a stereo from 75 feet away? You can claim this from any car with a stock stereo, much less a boom system. And on hearsay? I can see the 'law' abused left and right.
It'd be a lot of fun to use it on those people sitting at traffic lights listening to nutjob talk radio.
