Thunderhill - April 23, 2007

Got Guts At Thunderhill II is scheduled for Monday April 23, 2007. The event consists of an open track day and a raffle at noon. The cost is $225 and includes lunch and refreshments. It is sponsored by SAMOA, the Sacramento Area Miata Owners Association, but everyone is welcome. Our annual event consists of 3 run groups (1 advanced and 2 intermediate groups... no instructors this year so you need a minimum of 2 prior track days to qualify) so you will each get more than 2 hours of track time. Group sizes are limited as well so you won't be overcrowded on the track. All the profits and raffle proceeds go to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America. For complete event info log on to www.gotgutsatthunderhill.com. The advanced group is about 40% full and the first B group will be locked up by this afternoon, so don't wait until the last minute. Hope to see you there.

Oops, almost forgot. If you participated in the Hooked on Minis event on 2/23, and you get your GGATII registration to me by 3/21, I'll either knock $15 off the registration (pay $210) OR pay the full price and I'll buy you $20 in raffle tickets. before you decide, check out the prizes at www.gotgutsatthunderhill.com/raffle.html.

Hey gang, just an FYI... our advanced group is now 44% full and intermediate group B1 is now closed... our second intermediate group B2 is now being assigned drivers. Thanks for your support, see you in April.

Actually, Monday is the best day to take off...bosses (and shrinks) love it when you take a long weekend for necessities like track days .
