There is a group of us (4 MINI/Minis) going down Friday. Will arrive Salinas/Monterey about noon. We will be checking into motels and heading out to the track. Dinner is up in the air for Friday night. We are open for suggestions to meet up. We will have radios 7-21. I think everyone has my cell so here it is 707-483-9948.

Saturday night is Penny Farthings Pub in Salinas. Sunday night Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. on Cannery Row.

Folks, Word to the wise...

I commute from Monterey to the Bay Area. Major events like the ATT golf tourny, AMA pro motorcycle races and this weekend's Concours/Historics results in a 2-3X increase in CA Highway Patrol cruisers along Hwy 156 and southbound Hwy 1. On a Friday night drive home last month I counted at least 10-12 sportbikes pulled over along Hwy 1 by six different cruisers.

Plan on them being out in force again this weekend. Watch your speed!
