West Sonoma County - 75 Mile Loop

Hi all,
Here's a quick trip report from a 75 mile loop I did last Friday. I got off work early and decided to fire up the GPS, laptop and the Mini. These roads are near my house, so I figured I would start with something I was familar with. The gallery below has a few pages, the first page being the maps, and the following pages are the pics of the roads.

Enjoy! If you have any questions about this area, let me know. It would be very easy to do a "long run" up the coast into farther northern CA. There is a good series of road stretching from SF to Eureka.

That looks like a good run. I did a similar ride solo while I was up there in My MINI a few months back. I love that area!

Looks like a great drive. I will have to check out this ride. I'll have to try and organize a drive on that route for the GCM club. I've been on Skaggs Springs road a few times.. I love that road. Great write up! Thanks!

I think I will plan something for the spring. I need to fix my MINI. I need to do some more suspension modes as well... I want to stick to the ground more!!! I'll keep you updated though. Thanks again for the post and the info.

REME has incorporated these and many additional west sonoma county roads on many past runs. To view full past runs of the western Sonoma County area visit our downloadable maps at http://redwoodempiremini.com/calendar.htm (review our 11/06/05 run for our most recent run in the area) and http://redwoodempiremini.com/PDF/San...Healdsburg.pdf for an earlier Skaggs Springs Road Run.
