Hi fellow motorists

Anyone planning on going to the Hot August Nights show? (July 29-Aug 6), it's in Reno, but it's free admission. Thousands of 50s/60s hot rods to be seen, full-on swap meet, lots of vendors selling stuff, tons of freebies to collect, etc! True, no new MINIs because this event is all cars ~1974 or older, mostly all American muscle cars and whatnot, but maybe some classics will turn up?

So I am thinking, we get some of the local clubs here together and form a caravan of MINIs/ Minis to head up there, perhaps stay over the weekend, then cruise back to SF Bay Area, fun fun fun!
