Hello everyone, I just recently joined Norcal Mini and am going to try and make it to the run you have coming up this next Saturday. The website says you are meeting at Valley Fair at 10 am. Which part of the parking lot? Also, me and my fiancee will only be able to do half of the run. We have an appointment in Santa cruz that day, so we figured we would be part of the run until it got into Soquel, and then break off. See you soon!

 

Meet in the parking lot by Nordstroms off Stevens Creek Blvd. Get there before 10. Bring a full tank. Radios set to 7-21. Any questions call 510-919-8889.

 

Larry P, will you have any forms for the car corral at Laguna for the Monterey Historics availible. If so, please bring.

I'm coming from Manteca. If anyone wants to meet in Pleasanton at 9am I'll swing thru the McDonalds at the Santa Rita exit off 580. If your coming from other areas use this forum to set up a caravan from your area.

Wow, what a crazy run! Glad we had our radio this time, otherwise me may have been lost forever!
Got some pictures posted on the site, and the video (that my co-pilot risked his life for ) is being edited from 2 hours into 2 minutes of footage
Everyone in this club is awesome, and I was happy to meet even more people this time!

Thanks to everyone that came out for a nice day with some nice back roads . I'll never take hwy17 to Santa Cruz again. Also thanks to East Bay MINI for the raffle prizes .

 

Larry, sorry I couldn't make it. Clutch problems got me on Friday, but got them sorted. Will you be at Hayward? It might be wise to bring some forms for the Monterey Historics to the Field Meet on the weekend.

Sadly most of the meets lately have coincided with autocross days.. which is where I'm spending most of my weekends as of late. Luckily for me there are other MINI folks there too to chat with about things, heck even Jim shows up every now and again to take pictures. Too bad I can't convince the wife that she should go anyways in her cabrio without me
