So my wife Teri (BRG Convertible with Green Top) and I are expecting.. no not a child, but... my Mini! We are becoming a 2 Mini family shortly! I got the fateful call from East Bay Mini that my slot was ready for an August build!

Purple Haze/Black Cooper S coming soon, but nowhere near soon enough for me. Still debating JCW, but I have time to ponder it since it is a dealer installed thing anyways.

Now we'll have to decide if we come to events together in one car (and if so.. which one) or come seperately. Tough problem to have I know

Pondered waiting for a 2006, but 25 other people had already made that decision (hence me getting a slot a lot earlier than expected), plus nothing I've seen on the 06's has made me just absolutely have to have one vs a 2005.

 

That's awesome!!! I hope to be a two MINI family some day, but since it's just me I'm still working through the logic of it all!!!

I've never seen a BRG/G cabrio "in the flesh"...I'll bet it's gorgeous!

 

So cool! I finally talked my wife into buying a MINI. Her BMW
is on its last legs and she was dead set on getting a vw bug.
Whew, that was close. we placed the order today... the dealer
called with an open spot so we should be taking deliver of
'StarGazer' in about 6 weeks.

We too have been a 2 MINI family since 2003... Mine was an early 2003 (November 2002 MCS build) and my wifes's MINI was conceived a few months later. Welcome to the 2 MINI club.

We take 2 cars on events almost everywhere.
