Just in case the rest of you don't surf around the net like I do, I would like to suggest you register with "Find a Buddy Now" on the c3 webite at http://www.c3club.org/

They designed and offer a fabulous service for people to easily locate a MINI buddy for weekend runs, diy parties etc. Once more people around the bay area sign up, Norcal MINI people will actually have the means to contact each other without having to post a thread on one of the many forums located at a variety of sites.
