I am having cold start problems with my 2009 Mini S Clubman missing on all eight cylinders, dying while driving looked on other forums and found to be a recall on them for VIN Specific HPFP and of course even though same exact problem mine is not on the list! So no help! Emailed the NHTSA and they said we have to make formal complaints to them so they can start an investigation to open it up to a larger VIN area. So I ask anyone who else is having VIN Specific problems no matter the problem is the same as mine or not please see attached info and make a formal complaint so we all can help each other!
