Don't know if hip is the word, but you've been trying to get something going for some time now. Set up a night, pass the word. Use the first one as a brainstorming session (but don't listen to anything I say) to get this going in Cnetral MA, then franchise the deal out to the other areas. Become a DotCom. Make billions of dollars. Retire in luxury.

Less chance of getting beaten up at La Bussola. Better food. I know the bartender. He owns a TR6.

 

I know what you mean. I wouldn't go to the Blue Plate without a vest. It's about as rough & tumble redneck as Holden gets. I need to get something started with this though. I have been putting out feelers, as you've seen, it just doesn't seem like anyone but the two of us are up for it. I though NAM would be a goldmine for it, as they seem to be a younger crowd but not so much as of yet

 

Get a Subaru or a Honda for a winter beater. Start a thread on one of those forums. 'Course you'll need to rent a hall and have cops at the door carding.

What about the VFW on Mill Street in Worcester? Cheap drinks, and I think they have a pool table. I've not been in there in many many years.

I live in SC but grew up in MA. Heck... I need an excuse to drive up to see a few friends.

Hey, I'm in on this, depending on the weekend (I travel a lot)! When in April are y'all thinking? I know we all want to pull the event toward our own respective necks of the woods, but seriously, Boston has a few areas with lots of great pubs within a few blocks of each other! I assume that part of the concept is to minimize or eliminate driving once the revelry commences...

 

Sounds good to me too!!... only I live down here in New Jersey. You guys don't want to do any 'Pub Crawlin' with MINIs down here. Our friends in traffic enforcement take a really dim view of people enjoying God's gift that is beer, and then jumping in their MINIs. ... You have one beer here and you can be deemed DWI.
