If you're a fan of world-class BBQ, this coming weekend, August 14-16, you should take a ride to the Ulster County (NY) fairgrounds for the Hudson Valley Ribfest. Exit 18 on the NYS Thruway. $5 admission per person. Friday 5-10 p.m.; Saturday 11am to 10 pm and Sunday 11 am to 5pm.
