Next time we're up on 218, I want to ride as a passenger in your MINI. I'm dying to look out over the horizon on that awesome road. If Cindy is kool with it, she can swap and drive HARMINI for a while.

btw: there's a pull-off at the top of 218 that can probably fit 4 or 5 MINI's if no else was parked up there (went there to see mars last night)
and your more then weclome to come up anytime, just give us a call

Well I am back in town form a well deserved vacation in the Hawaiin islands, my just had the JCW kit installed this week so I am up for a rally this sunday. let me know time and place "THDUKE" will be there

 

Say dkstone how long did it take for your dealer to install your JCW kit?

OK Pals,

Koolmini, Ants, & Gmini I am ready for Sunday need to get out and drive to check out this car. for the guy who wants to know how long for the install I think that they knock it out in about 8 hours although they charged 12 hours for the repair. The service advisor did tell me that he would have 2 techs working on it and that if I had taken in at 8am like he asked he would have had it back the same day. I gat it to the shop about 10.am on wed and got it back about 10 am on Thursday in the rain bummer , but Sunday is coming and he " THDUKE" will be a driving.

 

K. Here's the bad news repeated for dkstone's sake. As far as I can foresee, ants and I will be unable to attend. I'm afraid my eagerness to see him in action has betrayed my inability to be there. Have a blast. Kool can be very fun to keep up with on his runs one on one. Enjoy. it will be beautiful weather.
