2014 Countryman Audio Questions from a Car Audio Newbie

Hello all, I've been reading these forums avidly and have some questions for people are more in the know. I've spoken with a few installers in the area and none have worked on a Countryman. They all recommend different things, and some just say "It's European!" One guy I trust said the best low cost upgrade would be two Alpine 445U amps to power the existing speakers.

But, based on the forums I've read, people seem to like Focal IC100s in the front doors. My first question is, will the Focal ISC100 fit in the 2014 Countryman? When I talked to Crutchfield they said there are only a couple speakers that fit the depth of the door, and the speakers aren't that good. I'm looking for a good speaker recommendation for the doors.

Second, what are the thoughts on the 445u from Alpine. Will it work?

Third, I was looking at a little more low end and was looking at the Focal iBus 20. Thoughts? What about that versus a Pioneer 10 inch Sw251, powered by the 445us?

And finally, since I'm not an installer, what has been people's experience with Crutchfield's InstallCards? They seem to be fairly reasonable.

Thanks,
Don
