For the guys looking for a navi retrofit

Looks like standard auto wreckers has a car with it

From what I've read in other threads around here, it's a lot more involved than simply dropping in the nav unit. The wiring is different, it has an additional antenna, and in the second gen cars, the console is different to accommodate the joystick and buttons. Also, the car is coded by VIN to a specific speedo/nav unit, so it would not work correctly if it was installed. Not sure if the car can be coded to accommodate it, but I doubt it. There were some people who tried to add the Chrono pack to the first gen cars, and that didn't work either for the same reason.

From what I've read, there was one member that had successfully retrofitted the nav into his 2nd gen. And yes it takes some coding but nothing a little NCS Expert can't change.
