Any recommendations on the best Garmin?

I'm looking at using the Cravenspeed mount to add a Garmin to R60S, and was wondering if anyone had good recommendations? I definitely want the 5" screen + Lifetime Maps + Traffic (if it really works) and would like to keep it under $200.

Does anyone have good experiences w/ any specific model(s)?

Thanks in advance!

I have a nuvi2595LMT and recommend it.

It's fast enough, has that large clear screen, easy to update through Garmin. And the voice command ability is really good and useful. I've updated voices, points of interest, and a few other things.

The *only* negative I found is the phone call volume when paired. I don't have factory BT in my MINI, so I tried using the phone pairing with the Garmin. It's very functional, you can voice command "Call XXX" from your phone's directory, incoming calls pull up who it is, etc. The knock is: the actual call volume isn't loud enough at max volume, at least for me in my MINI at highway speed. A shame, and a call to Garmin didn't produce a remedy. If you don't need that function (and I didn't really, I have a separate BT adapter that sends phone calls through the sound system speakers), no worries.

As a GPS, I'm really happy with it, it's a very good one (prior user of a GPS V and StreetPilot). A quick google just now found it on sale for $199...

Thanks for the recommendations. Headed out today to do some comparison shopping. I've got Bluetooth in the Countryman S so the bluetooth feature isn't a huge concern. I'll let you guys know what I land on!

Yesterday I`ve built in the Garmin 3490. It replaced the Garmin 2240 and is fixed on the original Mini-portatable mount left to the rev meter.
