Yeah - I think it started playing nice. The fact I have seen the system react (cut off, etc) simply by going over a large bump, or turning the volume up very high... suggests to me it is a "temperamental" problem that doesn't always rear it's ugly head.

I do know that he tested each speaker connection using standard Boost speakers and bypassing the DPSM harness... and it tested out fine. Of course, there could also be a problem in the DPSM harness...

At least we have a definite target area to focus on. We still have the specific problem wire you found noted back in one of those posts... time to find it again!
