Help needed!

I need assistance with the preparatory work for connecting my factory iPod adapter.
How do you remove the radio?
How do you remove the Glove compartment?

Diagrams and pictures are welcomed and if anyone has links to those for like PDF files and stuff that would be awesome . Right know i have a FM Transmitter and even though it works, it sounds like crap . And I like the idea of controlling the songs through the muti-function steering wheel.

No need to remove the glove box. Check here for some great information on removing the interior parts. Also, be advised that the newer model MINI 05 and 06, the tubes next to the radio slide down to come out.

Thanks!!

However, if I don't have to remove the glove box then why does it say to do so? I'm confused.
