OEM headunit connectors -- same in '02 and '06?
Hi all,
I'm thinking about getting a new OEM headunit for aux input capability, but I've heard differing accounts as to whether it will work or not. I have an '02 MCS.
I've been told that it should work as long as the rear inputs for connections from the car are the same. Anyone know if they are?
Thanks!

I'm of the OPINION it will work.
I've heard of an 04 that was retro fitted with an 02 headunit (without owners knowledge) then when the complaint was made about not being able install his aux, the dealer gave him a 05-06 headunit to make up for it, he got his aux and MP3s

(assuming, of course that if a=b and b=c, a=c)
