How to use Mini radio?
I bought a used MCS a while back with standard radio, not HK, and I don't know how to make adjustments for base and fade.

That's a link to some political commentary on the electoral college. Maybe you had a couple of shortcuts on the clipboard at the same time?

In the manual on page 10 under adjusting the volume it says; "As soon as you begin talking on the phone or accept a call, the radio switches to mute."
Mine doesn't do that, do I have a problem?

That only applies if you have a phone kit, like one of the Bluetooth ones.
