2nd Generation OEM iPod Adaptor?

Hey Guys, I was going to post this in the DICE thread, but I thought it needed it's own. Since the DICE unit seems to be having some glitches, I was wondering .......
1) Does anyone have and links / posts to the details on the OEM 2nd Gerneration iPOD adaptor offered from dealer and is it available for the Mini's yet. Who sells it and how much?
2) What are the changes / differences between the first and second generation adaptors (links / posts)?

Anyother information on this 2nd gen. adaptor???

Thanks!!

I emailed Mini USA when the new adaptor was announced. BMW is calling for and early July 06 release, but there is not word (as of about a month ago) as to whether this will even work with the MINI.

The 2nd Generation OEM iPOD Adaptor?
I currently have the DICE unit (it's in for repairs) but very curious on how this "rumored" 2nd generation OEM adaptor will compare

Anyone got any info??
