ground loop isolator placement

I'm having issues with my aux input just cutting out on me and have read about the ground loop isolator as being the solution. I've seen a picture and it looks huge. I was wondering where people have been keeping it? Is there anywhere to put it so it's out of sight?

I have mine cable tied to some things behind/under the glovebox. The group loop isolator is really big but seems to be out of sight out of mind.
