I've actually had the dealer look at the stereo two times, lol.. Nothing wrong with it.

I just need a bit more power. It's loud all the way up but not quite loud enough, it's just barely there. And on some songs that are recorded lower, totally off. Some songs I won't even bother putting on a CD because I know they won't be loud whatsoever.


What is that software that lets you boost the volume of mp3s? I remember someone saying before they make their mp3s louder and then burn them on the CD. Perhaps I can try that. Get them a bit louder to where they don't lose any quality and that could work.

I use MP3GAIN ... more to level all the music on my (20GB) Kenwood Keg so that I don't get some quiet track followed by something super loud!
