2005 MCSC Aux Input & Nav Input Question

I should be receiving my 2005 MCSC in a few weeks. I have a GPS connected to a pocketpc pda, and I also have an archos jukebox. I would like to have two mini-jacks connected through the aux input of the stereo: one for music, and one that mutes the the other sound for my gps instructions. I saw a previous post suggesting that the nav uses different slots in the aux connector (although one person said their factory nav used a separate connector on the head unit). Does anyone know whether the stock radio in the 2005 mcs has two connectors or one, and how one would go about creating two mini-rca jacks for the two devices? Thanks.
