hey! i live in los angeles and am looking for a reccommendation for an audio person who is honest, reliable and does clean work. i have the hk system and want to soundproof my car....nothing too elaborate. looking for someone trustworthy and competent. any advice appreciated, thanks

Hey I don't get it when I click on that link you provided it brings me to a company located in the UK not California. All the pricing is in British Pounds Sterling not US Dollars, what's the story

 

That's because Mikey's in the UK, he does fantastic work, but try as we might, nobody can seem to get him to relocate to the states...

She didn't say where she was looking for an audio guy that fit those requirements...

 

I'm the most mechanically challenged person in the world, and would also like to find a MINI experienced audio person in the North Jersey, eastern PA area to do speakers, amp, loc and maybe a new head unit.

HOWEVER...since you don't mention any changes to your HK stuff, I'm posting this link. If I only wanted to just add sound proofing, Mr. Thumbs here would try following what JW did and you might want to too.

If not, check out Best Buy, Circuit City, or a stereo boutique. I don't trust them with an entire audio mod, but I would let them just Dynamat the doors and back panels.
