Upgrading stock stereo

I am the happy owner of a 05' MCS, with the stock factory system. My prior car, a 2000 Acura Integra, had it's stereo system stolen - and today my insurance company shipped me the replacement parts. I'm selling the Integra, the stock stereo is going back in - which leaves me with quite a few items to (hopefully) install in the Mini. I have:

Eclipse CD3424 head unit
Eclipse EA3422 amp (4x75w)
MB Quart RCE216 6.5" components

I have two questions: One, will the 6.5's fit in the doors without too much hassle? Two, what sort of rear speaker should I select? I don't have very many rear seat passengers (zero so far), would a 6x9 subwoofer be a better choice? I'm almost thinking that installing nice rear speakers might be a waste. I also have an Eclipse 2x75 amp – should I just install that, power the front's, and forget about the rears?

Thanks!

The speakers should fit - you can make or buy appropriate adaptor brackets.

The rest of it is personal choice - yours of course
