Replace Nav Screen?

2005 S with Factory Nav and HK system.

Previous owner did a really nice job removing the Factory Navigation screen and replacing it with a Garmin Smartdrive unit that plays through the factory AUX input. However, I'd really like to install a screen in this location that I can use with Apple Car Play. Is there a solution for this? I know the head unit will need an HK Enabler to function, thats fine, But I'm wondering how I can basically add a remote screen in this location. Fitting it wouldn't be an issue if I can find one of an appropriate size, I just am unfamiliar with any units that have remote screens or a system that is small enough to fit in this location ( And then I'd just remove the stock radio in favor of a block off plate).

Also, I've seen some units advertised as an all in one solution including the surround, however every one I have seen sates it doesn't work for Nav equipped cars. I'm thinking this statement is made because when installed it would lose Nav functionality, but with that not being a concern, do you think these units will work I've searched on here but so far has been unable to locate a solution. Thanks!
